Board meetings are held on the second
Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. If the second Monday of the month should fall
on a holiday, the meeting is then held the following Monday.
JANUARY LIBRARY MINUTES
1. Tom presented information he had regarding printers. A motion was made to purchase from Staple's an HP Laser jet P235N printer and a heavy duty cartridge. Motion passed.
1. Alice received $700. in memory of Audrey Goben. A total of $850. has been received. The family is asking the money be used for landscaping. Jessica will check with the Mayor.
2. Alice has applied to receive e-rate for the Frontier phone bill but she hasn't received the funding commitment letter. She will check into the matter.
3. All trustees need to complete the electronic Open Meeting Act training available on the IL Attorney General's website.
4. The trustees present completed the Statment of Economic Interest form.
5. Alice reported that the Friend's Chocolate Fest is Feb. 12th.
The next regular board meeting will be held Monday Feb. 13, 2010

Librarian Alice Ford present.
Jessica
called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
The minutes of the Dec. meeting were
read and approved as read. Tom presented
the treasurer's report: NOW account paid
out $3,00.05. MM account received $63.94
interest, %$59.84 (CD interest) and
$11.80 checks from library fines, Ending
balance $35,594.45. Investment accounts
on file at the library. Bills submitted
to be paid, not including payroll or
utilities $494.35
The board reviewed the librarian's
report: Dec. circulation 752 , fines &
fees collected $43.40, spent $21.06
