Filing a Bug Report

If you run into a bug in PicMonkey, or experience an error, contact the support team by filing a ticket here

In the help ticket, describe the issue you're having in detail by describing what you were doing in the editor leading up to the issue.

You can also include screenshots of the issue in your ticket.
